Intoxicating treatment

August 29th, 2008 by Admin

My last two days in Sedona I had plenty of time for relaxing by the pool and reading my book.  I splurged one day and got a Hammam, a spreader of warmth.  It’s a 1000 year old sensual bathing retreat used by the Romans, Turks and Moroccans.  This is one of the most lavish treatments I have ever had in my many years of going to spas all over the world.  I think seven layers of yummy smelling products were rubbed over my body, including a massage and a hot bath.  I bought some of the products for both me and my guests to enjoy.  It is absolutely yummy!  I cant wait to use it on my next Date Without the Hassles.  The smells were cardamon, mint, rose, jasmine, ylang ylang, white sage, lemon, peppermint, lavender, figs, almond, amber, etc, etc.  One word.  INTOXICATING!  Now these are the vacations I am use to having!
